Borealis Tiny House Layout

I first drew up plans for Borealis House close to two years ago, in the autumn and winter of 2014. After the initial basic design decisions, they've changed very little since then, apart from swapping which sides the shower and kitchen sink are on in order to simplify the plumbing. As I inch ever closer to the house being livable, I figured I'd draw up a super simple, not-exactly-but-mostly-to-scale floor plan so curious folks could see what the layout will be!

The kitchen and bathroom are tucked under the sleeping loft, and there's also a storage loft over the porch. If you have any questions about the house, feel free to ask, either by commenting or emailing me at borealishomestead@gmail.com!
